Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity on your SeedAudio account unless you tell us promptly about unauthorised access.

SeedAudio offers AI-assisted tools for separating vocals and instruments, converting audio to MIDI, editing MIDI, extending, remixing and covering songs, adding vocal or instrumental layers, cloning your own voice, creating lyric and music videos, and generating new audio. Results are produced by models and can vary between attempts. We may change, limit or withdraw features.

You may only upload recordings, voices, compositions, lyrics, MIDI and other material that you own or have permission to process and adapt. Separating, re-voicing or remixing a recording does not give you any rights in it. You keep your rights in your material and allow us to store, process and deliver it as needed to run the service.

As between you and SeedAudio, you may use outputs created for your account, subject to applicable law, the rights of others in any source material, and restrictions shown in the product. Outputs may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection. Check any output carefully before publishing or distributing it.

You may create a voice model only from your own voice or from a voice whose owner has given you explicit permission. You may not use voice tools to imitate, impersonate or mislead anyone about who is singing or speaking.

Each paid tool uses the number of credits shown before you start. Subscription credits refresh each billing period and generally do not carry over. One-time credits remain until used. If our records show an eligible technical failure, the credits are returned to your account; returned credits are not a refund of money.

Payments are processed by Stripe, in USD unless checkout shows another currency. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals. Taxes and bank or currency fees may apply.

Do not use SeedAudio to break the law or harm others.

Your library is a working space, not a permanent backup. Playback and downloads depend on your current plan and on technical availability. Download files you want to keep. We may remove material that is unlawful or subject to a valid rights claim.

We may suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated breaches, fraud, payment abuse, security risks or legal reasons, giving notice where practical. You may stop using SeedAudio at any time.

SeedAudio is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent allowed by law, we exclude implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results.

To the extent allowed by law, SeedAudio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid SeedAudio in the 12 months before the event. Consumer rights that cannot be limited by law are not affected.

We may change these Terms and will post the new version with its effective date, giving additional notice of material changes where required. Contact the support email below with any questions.
