Privacy Policy

Signing in with Google gives us your name, email address and profile picture. We link them to your library, credit balance, purchases and support history so your work is available whenever you return.

We process the recordings, voice samples, MIDI files, lyrics, prompts and settings you submit, together with the outputs created from them, such as separated stems, transcriptions, extensions and generated tracks. These files are stored so that you can play, reuse and download them from your library.

We record which tools you use, job status, credit movements, timestamps, IP address, browser and device details and security events. We use these records to run the service, find the cause of failed jobs, plan capacity and prevent misuse.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. SeedAudio never receives full card numbers or security codes; we receive only the transaction and billing details needed to grant access, issue receipts, reconcile credits and resolve disputes.

We use information to sign you in, run the audio jobs you request, keep your library, manage credits and subscriptions, answer support requests, keep the platform secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not publish your uploads.

Hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, email, payment and AI processing providers receive only what their task requires. For example, a separation or generation job sends the relevant audio and settings to the provider that performs it. These providers may process data outside your country.

Files and account data are kept while your account is active and needed to provide the service. Some payment, security and dispute records may be retained for longer where the law requires it. After a valid deletion request, eligible data is deleted or de-identified once any required retention period has passed.

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, export or delete your information, or to restrict or object to certain processing. You can withdraw optional consent and opt out of promotional messages at any time.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, though no online service is completely risk-free. SeedAudio is intended for users aged 18 and over. If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
